Opened in 2023, Hometown Grocery is Tunnel Hill’s locally-owned grocery store. We are your one-stop-shop for fresh produce, pantry essentials, and household goods. Our friendly, locally-staffed team offers high-quality service in a clean environment. We accept many forms of payment, including cash, card, and EBT / SNAP.

Our mission is to provide the town of Tunnel Hill with fresh produce and household essentials at fair prices. There are many individuals and families in our community without access to reliable transportation; the next closest grocery store is over an hour away by foot. We want to provide our town with healthy food choices at our convenient location on Chattanooga Road.
